Born in Amarillo, Texas, Mr. Parker received his B.A. in Political Science from West Texas A&M University and graduated cum laude in 1997. While at WTAMU Chip was awarded the Outstanding Student Award for 1996-97 in Political Science and served on the Student Senate. Chip was offered a full three year Presidential Scholarship to attend Texas Tech Law School where he graduated in 2000 with his J.D. While in law school, Chip excelled in advocacy competitions earning an early admission into the Board of Barristers and a place on the law school National Negotiations Team for two years.
After law school, Chip opened his own law firm in Lubbock, Texas where he practiced personal injury, criminal defense, and family law for ten years until he joined LONCAR & ASSOCIATES in 2010.
Chip regularly supports the Scottish Rite Hospitals and the Shriner Hospitals for children.
