Born into a Marine Corps family, Josh Henderson spent several of his childhood years overseas in Okinawa, Japan. When his father retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, his family returned to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where Josh graduated summa cum laude from University of New Mexico with a dual degree in Political Science and Spanish. Mr. Henderson’s admission to the United States Marine Corps commissioning program lead him to Lubbock, Texas. While a physical injury prevented his commissioning into the Marine Corps, the leadership experience he obtained during his time in Quantico, Virginia for Officer’s Candidate School proved to be invaluable in his practice of law.
Mr. Henderson has a diverse experience since his graduation from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2008, including family law, criminal defense, pre-litigation collaborative law and personal injury law covering a variety of case types. He has worked for solo-practitioners, operated his own solo practice and worked for firms both small and large.
